Carpet Dryclean was very easy to work with. Given my work schedule, I cannot be at home during normal business hours. They allowed me to schedule an evening appointment so I did not have to take off work or arrange for someone else to meet them at my house. The technicians, Elmer and Ramon, were friendly and prompt. The were able to remove a stain I had not been able to remove. Because this is dry cleaning, I was able to walk on the carpets immediately. I would recommend them to others. It's my first time to try dryclean. After hearing so many good things about Carpet Dryclean I decided to give it a try. Their staff is very polite and punchual. I did not give them a 5 stars because their cost is a bit higher than the other quotes I received. Overall, I'm satisfied with the the result. Pros: good service Cons: cost more

I needed a carpetceaner to come clean carpets to our home that we are about to put on the market in Clayton,NC. After inquiring about their services, I asked how soon they could clean our carpets, and they were abe to come out that same day! The guy who came out to clean was very informative. He demonstrated how effective the service would be on our tough spots and he explained how safe and sanitizngthe formula is. After theservce man-Miguel-cleaed th carpets,i was pleasantly suprised when he also vacuumed them again as well. The carpet looks soo much better and it smells wonderfull too! We were very happy with the whole process- very friendly staff, quick and efficient. The carpet turned out absoultely great, it looked a lot cleaner and ""fluffier"" than when we first moved into our new home- We were very relieved and comforted to know that our carpet was completely disinfected! Carlo and Joe from Carpet Dryclean did a great job in getting my carpets clean so I can put my house on the market. They took the time to explain the dry cleaning process and the products they use. I've used other carpet dry cleaning services in the past, however Carlo and Joe spent a great deal of time and effort in getting out stubborn wear and tear stains. This was my first time using Carpet Dryclean after trying others. We have three rescue dogs who have wetting ""issues""; needless to say, once one pees on the carpet, they all do. Anyway, our white carpets upstairs looked like they were full of yellow polka dots after months of urine. Carlo came over and did a great job explaining everything and then cleaning. I actually had to call him back out because the stains were so bad, but he was happy to come back right away, and after the second try the carpets looked new - seriously! I also really liked the fact that the products were non-toxic, as we have two young children. more

We were ready to get new carpets since our dog and our kids had left stains everywhere. But we dried carpet dryclean first and were honestly amazed at the results. All the terrible stains were removed. The carpets look like new. The price was good, the guys, Carlo and Marlon, were efficient and knowledgeable, and we could walk on them immediately. Terry; came to our home on very short notice and performed an excellent job. An Excellent job seems to be the 'norm' for 'Carpet Dry Clean'. Perviously we had Carpet Dry Clean come and do two rooms , the job was performed flawlessly and at a reasonable cost. Our satisfaction was such that we called them again for an additional two rooms and a hallway. Carpet Dry Clean responded with Terry arriving at our home within two hours and completed the job in just about an hour, and again at a very reasonable cost. more

My wife and I live in North Raleigh and are expecting our first child. With pets in the house, as well as being the home's third owner, we wanted to have our carpets cleaned b/f our little one joins us. We chose to dryclean so that there wasn't a lot of moisture in the house. Miguel from Carpet Dryclean came out and was incredibly competent, polite, and thorough. He showed how everything works and assured us everything was organic & non-toxic. The dryclean method seems to have really worked. Although Miguel did a great job of vacuuming up the ""micro-sponges,"" my Dyson and my Roomba have picked up a ton of the leftover sponge, which is challenging to get all of it out of the vacuum bin. I think this was the most distracting thing is the leftover aspect, but to know that it is at least still continuing to clean after they leave is comforting. We have already recommended them to friends and would more than likely use them again. Miguel is a great employee! Pros: No moisture, organic & non-toxic, great customer service, fast & convenient scheduling, coupons & discounts offered, great incentives Cons: Leftover Spotless treatment that you need to vacuum up, they do ""sell"" you the carpet treatment ($20) more

I had the carpet cleaned at my townhouse at 5:30 pm and I was back in the house by 7 pm.
