Best Carpet Cleaners ever! 3/9/2009

This is the second time that I have had Carpet Dry Cleaners come to the house and once again not only did they not disappoint, but Elmer and friend exceeded my expectations and left me with a carpet looking like it had just been installed. As a pet owner it is comforting to know that the process is safe and organic. I would recomment this service to anyone who is considering having their carpets cleaned. more

Professional, Courtesy, Punctual, and Fabulous Results! 3/9/2009

We have been working with Elmer at Carpet Dryt Cleaning. He is absolutely wonderful! He is hardworking and maticulous. He gets the job done right and the way it should be. I have treid other methods of carpet cleaning and no one beats Elmer and Carpet Dry Cleaning of Raleigh! Pros: Everything!! Cons: Nothing!!! more

Great work, very professional 3/7/2009

I was extremely pleased with the service. They actually arrived early! They demonstrated the process to make sure I understood. Then they went to work. They did an awesome job! My carpets look like new. Everyone was very friendly and the staff was very professional. I will definitely use them again. more

Excellent choice for getting carpets done 3/5/2009

The process was very easy, accurate estimates and efficent work. Love the dry carpets, no water involved and the carpets look great! Excellent Dry Carpet Cleaning. 3/4/2009

Victor and team called my cell about an hour before appointment confirming details. They were there right on time and did a great job. Victor explained the process while one the his assistants removed a very difficult stain. They proceeded to clean entire Beber carpet with care. My wife was delighted and pleased. less sermon more clean 3/4/2009

I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company. The cleaning was fair and some of the spots came out, but my carpets were left damp and there were kernelsof the cleaner left behind, mostly under my furniture and door jams. I feel that the worst part was the sermon I was fed by the worker Miguel, I don't doubt his intent was good because he was a likeable gentleman I just felt uncomfortable. I would use these people again but I would want to look it over before they left. more

Great Carpet Cleaning SErvice! 3/3/2009

Carpet Dryclean cleaned carpets in two bedrooms, the stairs and the upstairs hall/landing area. I went with the company because of all the favorable reviews I'd read. The service lived up to those reviews and was excellent. Miguel and Vance were my technicians and they were very professional and knowledgable about their product. Miguel gave me a detailed explaination and demonstration of how the product works and all its benefits, plus tips for maintaining them on my own. I had cat stains, plus stains from wear and heavy traffic and all were removed. My carpets, which are light in color and two years old, look brand new again. Also, since it's not a wet cleaning service, I was able to walk on the immediately after the cleaning. Plus it's organic, which is a big plus since I have pets. \r \r I am thrilled at the wonderful job and how clean my carpets look. I definitely recomment this company and specifically recommend Miguel - he did a great job. Pros: high quality, reasonable prices, professional, got the job done more

Carpet Dry Cleaning 3/1/2009

My wife and I recently used Carpet Dry Clean. We had them clean about 500 SQ Ft and it took about 2 hrs. The carpets looked amazing. They did mention before they started that one of the stains ( dust from computer) would not completely come out. They were correct but it was a lot lighter and very hard to notice after they finished. This is the only professional service we have used, but were highly impressed. The only down side is that they try and sell you their cleaner at the end of the service. Other than that it was a good experience. Pros: Clean carpet that can be walked right as they finish. Cons: Try and sell you their cleaner; Dust stain would not come out more

Fantastic Service and Thorough Cleaning 3/1/2009

I have used Carpet Dryclean on three separate occasions. I've found them to be courteous, on-time and thorough. The dryclean process is pretty amazing, too. The carpets aren't wet, and it only took an 1.5 hours to do my entire upstairs, about 1800 square feet. I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet Dryclean. Pros: Quick, Courteous and convenient more

Good customer service at reasonable prices 2/28/2009

Overall, Victor and his crew did a very good job. They even went back and recleaned a few spots I found after the initial clean. There were some heavy traffic area that did not clean completely but the carpet is old and I believe they tried their best to get the dark patches out. I would recommend them. Price was reasonable. Pros: Fast service, reasonable price, good customer service Cons: could not completely clean high traffic area spots more

The Crown Jewel of Carpet Cleaners 2/27/2009

WOW! I have been trying to get a candy apple stain out of my carpet forever. I tried everything I could think of. I was able to get it down to a dull pink spot but it was still noticeable.\r \r I had used Carpet Dryclean before and they have always been great, However this time, Elmer, the cleaning techician, became my hero! He worked on that stain like a man on mission and GOT IT OUT. If tenacity and customer service was a crown jewel, this company, their technicians and their products would be the Hope diamond. I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service of the men who came & cleaned our carpets. They were highly professional, very accommodating, and respectful. Dog and cat foster home & 3 kids...our carpet needed help! Thank you! 2/26/2009

I love the same day service and friendly and knowledgable staff. As an active dog and cat rescue foster home and a professional dog behavior consultant our carpet has seen some wear and tear! Oh, and not to mention our 3 children and a 4th on the way! :) I was pleased with the clean smell and clean look of the carpet. Within an hour they were in and out and many stains were gone. We only had one ink stain (sharpie market our dog ate) that would not come up. Ferdi and Anthony were pleasant and best of all I did nothing!!! I had removed all the furniture so that I could steam clean and then opted to look up carpet cleaning online and found carpet dryclean. I was pleasantly surprised that they could come out immediately and do the work for me with better lasting results. No mold, just clean, unlike the steam cleaner we own. Excellent work and thank you for a clean smelling and looking carpet! Pros: no moisture, same day service, no work on my part! Clean and fast! more

Outstanding Job! 2/23/2009

When our carpet was cleaned, we didn't expect anything less than a great job....we saw the fantastic job they did on my mom's carpet! They were on time, moved the carpet as expected, and got up the ground in stains where we had heavy walking traffic. I was quite impressed with the cleaning solution they used, because steam cleaning only leaves room for mold to fester! Carpet Dry Clean is definitely on my list of preferred vendors. We'll see you guys next year! :-) more

Able to schedule an appointment on Saturday in only a day's notice. Excellent service and courteous crew. Victor, who has a sense of humor, was very professional. They removed stains from the carpet which I didn't think could come out. Lifesaver 2/22/2009

I'd been planning to have my carpets cleaned, but after my four year old threw up all over my living room I called them immediately. Believe it or not, they came within an hour and cleaned my whole downstairs. It looked much better and seemed so fresh. I love the organic approach -- no heavy smells or chemicals. more
