They came quickly and did a nice job. Demonstrated techniques and answered my questions. My carpets were beautiful and I thought it had even gotten rid of my pet smell. Polo and Vance were very professional along with Preston. They called and confirmed just as they said they would and even followed up after the cleaning to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely use them again as my home looks great now. Polo and Vance were very informative and showed me how to clean stains myself in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service. The called to advise they were on there way and showed up on time. They demonstrated the process to make sure I understood. I would suggest watching a demonstration on their website. Then they went to work. They did an awesome job my heavy traffic areas are now stain free! My carpets look like new. We were most impressed by the level of customer service we received from the staff, especially Victor. He took time to explain to us exactly how the cleaning process works. We were impressed with how clean our carpets were when they finished! We had so many stains from pet accidents, some that were there for over a year, and they came out. The carpets were no wet afterwards and smelled great. we will definitely use Carpet Dryclean, Inc again! Pros: Excellent customer service more

Excellent Service 3/10/2009

Our carpets for the past 12 years have always been cleaned the traditional steam clean way, but the company we had used in the past went out of business so I decided to find a new cleaner. After researching and discovering that dry cleaning may be a better alternative, we decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! Terry showed up on time and proceeded to demonstrate the cleaning method and explain the process. My husband called me while I was at work to let me know that the test was successful and the cleaning had proceeded. When I arrived home from work I was delighted by the clean, fresh scent and the sparkling clean carpets. Our carpets are not new by any stretch but they look amazingly better and cleaner. The best part was no drying time. Also, the price charged was exactly as quoted by phone. We will definitely use Carpet Dry Clean in the future and recommend as a wonderful service.
