Review content:
We have old carpet and have been deliberating whether to try to clean it or to replace it. With tight economic times, we decided to try to get it cleaned one more time. Carpet Dryclean sent their technician on Saturday. After a quick evaluation, he was upfront in what he felt his service would be able to do and not do. He also explained the safety of the cleaning product and the way it worked, which was interesting and reassuring (especially since we have a small dog and a two-year-old granddaughter running around the house). We still have old carpet, but Carpet Dryclean has certainly bought us some more time. We're very pleased.
