I just wanted to thank Elmer and Ramon on what a terrific job they did at my home today. Very professional and helped me understand the process. I had two carpets that were in bad shape and I wasn't sure if they could be cleaned. Elmer showed me the sample test area and I was amazed. In the end, I had two totally formed rooms because the carpet looked so good.
