I was disappointed not in the installation, those people were professional. But the contractor I worked with was negligent in not getting my permit so I could be able to schedule my remediation. So that was stalled for a month. I was disappointed with the lack of a follow through. I also needed to know certain things concerning warranty and other issues. And up to the point where they got my money, it was very touchy. They were able to be in connection with me, but when they finished installing, they didn't follow through all the way. This was a hard, annoying process. They could've made things a lot easier for me. Having to take time to spend with them impacted my professional life, which made it hard to make a good impression at work. And I still would appreciate some follow up. It's not like I'm at a loss of how these things work, but I would've liked a follow up still.
