About 20 years ago we had apartments and I only trusted Bell to take care of them. Now we had two shower cartridges in our home that needed to be replaced (an easy 10 min. job each). The tech used the terminology "rebuild the faucets" to make it sound like a lot of work and justify the high price. We paid nearly $900 for 20 min of work. On top of that he was in such a hurry that he did not tighten one cartridge enough. It leaked and damaged our ceiling below. While Bell had the ceiling repaired, I still had to paint it myself. My wife feels like we were robbed and does not want to use Bell anymore.
