My service appointment was set up quickly and the technician showed up exactly as scheduled. He was extremely polite and competent. He quickly identified the problem then when he finished he explained what he had done to fix it and adjusted the charges accordingly. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them. more

I am impressed and grateful that Bell Home Solutions was able to service my air conditioning on a Saturday! The technician was prompt, knowledgable, considerate and friendly. Bell Home Solutions installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater in our Highlands Ranch home. It all started with excellent customer service by Corie who we talked with on several occasions setting up appointments throughout the process. Then the team of Lance Garbriel and Michael Archuleta came by to evaluate the size of the house and the current equipment to ensure that they could provide the most accurate estimate possible. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. They provided several options and helped us make the best decision based on equipment efficiency and affordability. There was absolutely no pressure to pick a more expensive option, as a matter of fact we picked the least costly yet most efficient option for our purpose. The install team consisted of Tyler (Electrician), Jarrod (Plumber), Mathew and Mark (Sheet Metal Technicians) and Paul (HVAC Technician). Every aspect of the installation and follow up went great, again, each and everyone of the team members were very professional, courteous. knowledgeable and thorough. The overall Bell Home Solutions experience was very outstanding (5 Star) with no issues with the installation and we are very satisfied with the way all the new equipment is functioning. Gary Bell and Larry Bell are the owners of Bell Home Solutions and they not only provide a family owned professional service to the Denver Metro area but they are also very involved in the Denver Metro area community. As a result, I am very blessed to have both Gary and Larry, their family and the Bell Home Solutions Team in my life, for they have helped to change and save my life. I am very grateful and thankful for their friendship but most of all for their LOVE. We have been using Bell for years and have never been disappointed. We got up Saturday am, found a leak under the kitchen sink, called Bell at 8 am and a serviceman arrived at 9 am. No extra service charge for Saturday and the job was done by 10 am. They are the best. more

Very expensive Sump Pump Replacement I Googled Sump Pump prices: about $200-&250 Technician was gone in about 45' Price charged: $820 Like I said: VERY EXPENSIVE!!! more

6 other companies needed 2 weeks to come out, I should have waited, I would have saved over $150.00. The service was okay, however the tech told me it would take over an hour to repair and it only took him 30 minutes. Apparently he tried to justify the price. I will never used this company again. more

In summary, the service person was courteous and polite but made the wrong diagnoses and did not resolve the problems. Did make the kitchen faucet system functional until any company fixed the problems without replacing the faucet. more

Bought 2 valve stems for my Kitchen faucet which was a Price Pfister. The stems were different on the bottom and would not seat properly. Eventually replaced the kitchen faucet with a new unit. Customer service was good, but the parts I got did not resolve the leaking issue I had. No problem with Bell in regards to this issue. more

The work was done well but the price was too high..500 for installing a shower bar with hand held spray! Sorry I didn't get an estimate first. more

I am happy that I choose Bell home solutions, Rebecca the designer helped me pick beautiful colors and she designed a beautiful backsplash. She is very responsive to phone calls and emails helping keep everything on track. Nathan was also awesome in disconnecting and reconnecting all of my plumbing and removing everything for the stone company. Chris installed the backsplash, very skilled and kind. He did leave me a little mess behind but his work is amazing. Robbie, the scheduler for the contracting team could use a little help with returning phone calls and keeping people in the loop. Although everything did get done in 5 days compared to the 1 1/2 weeks I was told. more
