Poor Customer Service 10/23/2014

I took my daughter to the Battleground Urgent Care to be turned away by the receptionist who advised me that they did not except Medicaid if a doctor's name was on the card. The receptionist then referred me and my sick child to our regular doctor. When we were able to see our doctor she said that the information that was given to us was not true, that is what urgent care offices are for. I mentioned my experience to family member who told me to look up news footage of how they dumped medical files without shredding them. Bad experience, yet I am glad that the receptionist turned us away. more

Urgent care 9/22/2005

We have used the Battleground Urgent Care more times than I can count! Sick kids, school physicals, bee stings, strep throat...you name it we have been there for it. They are quick and easy and the prices are way less than paying to go to a regular doctor or the emergency room! The wait is usually pretty long, but if you go in the afternoon it is not as bad! more
