If only I could give zero stars. I called to verify a lease offer on a new Hyundai and confirm it was still available. The advertised deal was $159 per month with $1,699 due at signing. When I called the salesman, Byron, infromed me I would really need $3,000 up front, taxes and fees were not included in the advertised deal. It was still a good deal, so I drove across town to make the deal. I found Byron at the dealer and he gave me the keys and said he woud work up the numbers while I test drove the car. When I returned to the dealer Byron asked for some personal information and then left me and my wife for about 20 minutes. When he returned, he had a different deal for me that included an extra $80 per month out of my pocket. He said the Denver Post made a mistake in the ad. He offered no applogy, just wanted to know, ""Where do you want to be""? I wanted to be anywhere but at Arapahoe Hyundai. The salemanager also told me the Denver Post made a mistake, no applogy, no reason why they could not have corrected the ad when I called or before I drove the car, or before I sat in the sales office for 20 minutes. Does anyone buy a car after this sort of treatment? We loved the car, but could not get out of the dealership fast enough. Avoid Arapahoe Hyundia!
