Terrific Customer Service 3/19/2014

This has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car as well as ongoing service and maintenance. Mike, in the Service Department, is always professional and courteous. He provides a complete explanation os the service to be performed and then goes over everything with me upon completion of service. He also makes sure my "maintenance book" is filled out after every visit! Kudos for a dealership who appreciates customers!!! more

Great service! 3/17/2014

Your service advisors/managers are consistently polite, knowledgeable, and forthright. I know I can count on them to let me know if some issue with my vehicle needs immediate attention, or if it can wait. Most recently had the car in for an oil change. I've comparison-shopped (by phone) and for oil changes, your shop is right in the ball park. Thank you! more

Even though car maintenance and repair is a pain, the folks at Araphoe Hyundai make it nearly painless. I could get work done on my vehicle much closer to my home but I make the drive because I know Arapahoe is reliable and I trust everyone in the service department. I am a walking advertisement for this dealership! more

Unfortunately, I have been to ShortLine Hyundai on Havana--- there is no comparison. I've gone to Arapahoe Hyundai for about 5 years and have always had friendly, knowledgeable, expert care. I would recommend them to anyone! more
