Another navigation update scam 12/16/2013

Like a lot of other dealers they charge an obscene amount to update the mapping software in the navigation system ($300). That is more than a stand-alonegarmin or tom-tom gps that has lifetime free updates. But who wants an ancillary device cluttering up their car's interior when they paid thousands to get nav with the car. Just check on update costs before you buy a Hyundai with a navigation system. more

very very poor service 10/28/2013

Had my Veloster towed in after the glass roof exploded. Took more than two weeks to get the glass panoramic roof replaced. Went to pick up car and glass was still all over the inside of the car. I DO NOT recommend you buy a Hyundai. more

Each time I bring my car in for routine maintenance I'm impressed with Kevin's positive and helpful attitude. He explains eveything that'll be performed on the car, goes over the costs involved and the estimated time that it'll take all in a professional, friendly manner. Asks if you need a vehicle or transportation while your car is being repaired and then makes sure you're comfortable if you decide to wait there for the repairs. He's OUTSTANDING!!! more

Red 1012 Azera repair experience 10/4/2013

Paul/ Kevin and the service manager Mike make it easy to decide when to do your maintenance. They recommend but do not push repairs and maintenance. I have grown to trust them in the last 5 years. I have bought 2 Hyundai Azeras in the last 5 years form them and it is great to know they will take care of you care without charging you an are and a Leg. Mike watches maintenance prices around the area and tries to competitive at all times. more

TERRIBLE SERVICE ADVISORS 9/19/2013

I was told by the service advisor that my battery needed replaced. After they replaced it, (and I spent $170 for a new one), they then shared with me that my old battery had 40% life left... Then why was I just told I needed a new battery?? more
