We purchased our vehicle here and have had a recurring problem with the sliding doors. '07 Entourage. They repaired one side after several visits. First you have to come in for them to diagnose, then you have to come back when the parts come in, which take FOREVER! They get ""ok"" ratings because they give us a loaner car, but we have to drive an hour round trip just to get to the dealer, so multiple visits are a pain. Then the other side started acting up and we've been back three more times, once because they ordered the wrong part, then told us it was fixed when it wasn't. We also asked them to check the brakes on that visit and they said the brakes are fine, which they aren't, they are down to 1/8"" on the front, which isn't fine. We also asked them to check the alignment as the vehicle pulls hard to the left and they had done prior repair work from a collision, they said it's fine, but it is not, it still pulls hard to the left. We still don't have our door fixed and it's been about 2 months.\r Not happy...
