The staff, techs, and doctors at A2 Smiles are always friendly, professional and great to be around. Michelle was super friendly and gave me good advice on how to keep my teeth cleaner. Not having any dental insurance and paying for a visit did make me come home and google the dental school to see that I could have gotten the same service plus a bunch of X-rays for $48 less than just my visit yesterday that had no x-rays. I'm sure with all your overhead, what you are charging is right in line with everybody else, but knowing that the dental school does the same thing for less does bring out the comparison shopper in me. I don't expect you to compete with the dental school. But if you want some honest feedback, that's it. more

Just when I think you guys can't top anything else, you did it again! I had a wonderful appointment with Michelle (AM). Of course her Dental Hygiene practice is impeccable. Michelle consistently demonstrates compassion for me as an individual and individualizes her patient teaching to that from which I can optimally benefit. Michelle has a focus on how this will impact my oral health today and in the future. Dr. Kennedy always makes me feel safe, secure, calm, and confident that he has the most cutting edge treatments in his wide arsenal to offer me. I have a beautiful smile because of Ann Arbor smiles. Everyone from the front desk staff, the Dental Assistants, the Dental Hygienists, and the Office Manager are superb! I still haven't said how in my opinion you topped yourselves AGAIN . When I was leaving the operatory, I happened to notice the Zoll AED located right there in front of me. As a former Critical Care RN and a current American Heart Association BLS Instructor I was thoroughly impressed. Michelle went on to inform me that everyone on staff is BLS certified. I am not aware of another Dental practice that maintains such a high level of emergency readiness. I can't say Thank you and way to go enough. See you in 2012. Mary Jane more

i appreciate getting the call so i could have my teeth cleaning appointment before the end of the year - and take advantage of the insurance coverage. the hygienist was good. she took time to explain to me about how to brush well. it was nice that i don't have any problems this time. more

I didn't go to the Dentist for a while right after college and when I finally did I had a mouthful of issues. Ann Arbor Smiles took care of everything in a fast efficient manner that made me feel very comfortable and most importantly pain free. My daughter, Halle had a routine cleaning but stated that the hygenist was in such a hurry her tool slipped abruptly and chipped her front teeth....? It was very sore and uncomfortable later that evening. She has never hit her teeth on anything and she now has an obviously painful chip. more
