I had an amazing experience here. Dr. Kennedy told me himself that his (their) goal is for their customers to be in charge of their dental health. Smiles will advise and help, but it is up to the customer to determine what dental care they are planning for their life. It was a great environment & every person that I interacted with was great. DEFINITELY recommended! :-) more

Professional & Positive 10/5/2011

I can always get a convenient appointment, never have to wait, everyone is friendly and Dr. Gray is the best! He always stays current on the best treatment plans available. Since I have no dental insurance and have to pay out of pocket, they are always willing to set up a payment plan, very helpful. I really like the new toothbrushes and chapstick! more

I have been going here for close to 15 years. The staff have always been courteous and friendly, and only once in all that time did any kind of mix up happen with scheduling, and they handled it with professionalism and I still had a great visit. I highly recommend this team of dental experts. more

TV 9/30/2011

I mentioned that the presence of a TV showing Dental Work was very unsettling for me. Show the news --fine. Show cartoons-- fine. Showing dental procedures---not good. I dont think I am alone. Dental visits can be nervwracking for a lot of people. The fish are always a relaxing diversion. The tv showing dental work was just the opposite. The trend in Dental procedures is to try to get people to relax. This had the opposite result. more

Wonderful and relaxing experience 9/28/2011

The total experience was a success - only a few minutes late on my part. I always find it fascinating to watch the fish and the growth of the different seaweeds. I am amazed at the number of services offered. more

Highly efficient. All staff were extremely personable and made you feel welcomed and important. It would have been helpful to know in advance that you needed to schedule two hours for the first appointment. I was very impressed by concluding the visit with a written treatment plan that include the projected cost of any future procedures. more

Good people, good service, what's up with the monitors? 9/20/2011

AA Smiles has a great staff with flexible hours. The last time I was in they have these new walkie talkie things they wear around the office. My hygenist randomly started talking to someone while he was working on me. Kind of strange. Remember when people would just walk next door and talk to each other? It's not that big of a place... more

Chris does very good work in cleaning my teeth and giving recommendations for improvement. She cares about her work and strives to do the best that she can. She takes an interest in her patients and cares about them. It is enjoyable talking with her. more

Great cleaning 9/12/2011

I had a double-appointment scheduled, for Invisalign fitting and for a regular cleaning. The staff booked me for both at one time for my convenience. Dr. Kennedy was excellent as always, and Kris was great company while she performed my biannual cleaning. more
