Hygiene appointment 9/8/2011

My second hygiene appointment at A2 Smiles was again, exemplary. The respect, care and courtesy the office provides is stellar and I look forward to continuing our relationship for many years to come. I highly recommend the facility to those looking for state-of-the art treatment with equally high importance placed on patient care. more

If you don't believe it just ask his kids!!! Wonderful experience! I forgot my jacket, dah!!! The staff was great! Chris is very helpful in cleaning my teeth & for not chewing me out for not flossing! more

Root canals are not that bad 9/7/2011

I had a difficult root canal, but experienced no pain or serious discomfort. I always appreciate when the doctor is describing what he is doing. Perhaps other patients are different, but I am interested in what is being done and why. more

Great Restoration!! I really hope Lois will be a regular in your office. She has a great, supportive, and comforting personality. She also exudes confidence. What a great partner with Dr. Kennedy. Smith emergency visit 9/6/2011

I was having problems with my tooth. It was considered an emergency, I was seen within three hours of my call. I was a new patient, but they treat all patients as special. The dentist took the time to listen to me, and talk about treatments. Very professional, from the front desk all the way back to the dentist and his assistant. I would highly recommend this dentist office. more

exceptional care 9/2/2011

I went to a different practice before and they said I needed 6 teeth to be filled. This came as quite a surprise as I've never had any teeth needing more than just a cleaning in my 28 years. I then went to Dr. Gray at Ann Arbor Smiles and he shared with me how in my case it would actually harm my teeth to remove all that when in fact I really didn't need fillings, just more regular flossing! I appreciate the honesty of the doctors and staff at Ann Arbor Smiles and their work and commitment to excellence and not just trying to make more money by doing unnecessary dental work. more

Great experience 9/1/2011

I really love the friendly staff, it makes going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. My only complaint is the choice of magazines while sitting in the waiting room. It seems like there is nothing that would be of interest for women... this is strange since so many magazines are geared for women my age! When I am waiting, I appreciate having something interesting to look at to help pass the time. It seems that the selections offered are very much geared for men. Other than that I have had very positive experiences. I like the warm smiling faces and genuine greetings from the staff that make me feel so welcome upon arrival. more

Always friendly and professional. Provides great information for dental hygiene and preventative care steps for healthier gums and teeth. Going to the Ann Arbor Smiles Dental practice doesn't feel like a trip to the dentist, but more like a visit with a friend. more

Dental cleaning 8/27/2011

Other than starting past the appointment time, everything went well. The hygienist explained each procedure professionally and checked periodically as to my comfort level. New sonic cleaning and electronically submitted periodontal readings were excellent additional to this routine cleaning visit. more
