I've only been a patient at Ann Arbor Smiles for about six months now, but they're awesome. Make you feel so very welcome, and they seem genuinely interested in getting to know you. Above that, they do great dental work. more

Consistantly Excellent 4/28/2011

I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I had an appt today and came in to a very busy/backed up office; they were apologetic, accommodating, and were very quick and painless with my fillings once I got in. Dr. Kennedy has a unique way in interacting with patients, making you feel comfortable and well informed instantly. You never see one member of the staff without a smile on their face. By far, the friendliest and most welcoming dental group I've ever met - I'm so glad I wound up as one of their patients. more

I'm so pleased you're going to institute a texting update platform. We all, always have our phones with us unlike our computers, and although we have the ability to check email on our phones, a lot of us prefer to wait until we're in front of a big screen w/ a real keyboard. I, for one, am pleased with this new application. more

Great job!!! 4/27/2011

Dr. Marzonie & Stephanie did a wonderful job of putting 2 implants in place. There was virtually no pain. They were very thorough in successfully placing the implants. I enjoyed seeing the X-Rays and receiving explanations as the procedure was in process. I appreciate the follow up call that Dr. Marzonie made to see if I had any pain/problems. I would like to continue a discussion w/Dr. Marzonie on Eastern Catholicism & Orthodoxy. more

Friendly and Professional 4/26/2011

I never have to wait long and so I appreciate that my time is important too. The cleaning and xrays were done in a very professional manor. The hygienist was friendly also. Dr. Gray made some suggestions about how I could improve the look of my teeth and so I scheduled a follow-up visit to consider the possibilities. more

Always a pleasure to spend a few hours in the chair - you make it as easy as it can possibly be; always considerate, fun to speak with, open and engaging. You have all my confidence. Dr. Gray is far and away the best dentist I've ever engaged. A patient can tell by the light professional touch of the fingers in one's mouth, that they have an experienced technician. You both have a superb chair-side manner. more

cleaning review 4/21/2011

I arrived 15 minutes early, but still waited in the waiting room for nearly a half-hour before I was invited in for the cleaning. I then saw a hygienist that I've never seen, along with a dentist that I've never seen. It went well, but was very unexpected and made me a bit uncomfortable. Of the 4-5 times that I have been a patient there I have seen the same hygienist and dentist, and I had no warning that things would be any different. more

Once again the reception staff is polite and friendly. I have always found them as such. The day ahead phone reminder is helpful. Lorenzo was again great- friendly, efficient, personable. My boys also find him friendly when they come in. more
