The facilities and Dr. Kennedy are top notch, and the staff answered all of my questions, but there were a series of events that brought down the experience for me. 1. Dr. Kennedy arrived late, (2) the wax molding of my bottom jaw had to be re-done twice, and (3) when I explained that I had not initially received an email regarding the pricing for Invisalign, I was asked if I was sure that I hadn't received it - I inferred that the staff thought it was somehow a mistake on my part. Yes, I'm certain.
