I arrived 15 minutes early, but still waited in the waiting room for nearly a half-hour before I was invited in for the cleaning. I then saw a hygienist that I've never seen, along with a dentist that I've never seen. It went well, but was very unexpected and made me a bit uncomfortable. Of the 4-5 times that I have been a patient there I have seen the same hygienist and dentist, and I had no warning that things would be any different.
