I am VERY impressed with autos direct online. I am a single mom with not so sperfect credit and my salesman Dan was so kind and helpful to me and my kids. He went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle that was safe and reliable and at a price that fit my small budget. He never once made me feel like I was just a ""commission"" or a waste of his time because I was limited on funds. He spent a lot of time with me and he just made me feel right at home! I walked out of there with a great car and an even greater sense of pride after dealing with Autos direct! This is truely a company that cares for their customers and we need more companies like them all over the U.S. more

Jeff is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough yet not pushy, friendly but no nonsense in his approach, efficient yet in not too big a hurry. Watch out for their Doc Fee 11/11/2011

Overall pretty good dealership that offers deals ""too good to be true."" They do this by making up the difference at deal time by slipping in a $243 doc fee on all vehicles. more

Auto direct online was very helpful throught the whole process. First of all I am from new Orleans and we flew to the Cleveland airport and they picked me up from there and brought us to their office. Very friendly and supportive. I will and already have recommended this place to a few friends!! more

My husband and me had been looking everywhere for a nice used SUV...we would go to look at one we liked and then the price would be way too much or we would find one with a good price but it was way too used. I came across a 2006 Subaru Tribeca by chance online and the more I looked at it the more I like it. We drove up there that night and meet with the salesman Jeff...fell in love the car adn the dealership and bought it! Awesome SUV..awesome dealership more

Best car buying experience! 11/6/2011

My husband and I had been looking for a while for his ""dream car"" and had come up short at several other dealerships. After a terrible experience with another dealership we came across autos direct online and were so pleased with the service we received. Dan helped us every step of the way and made sure that the vehicle we purchased was everything we wanted...and it was several thousand dollars less than any other vehicle around! We will definitely be coming back the next time we are looking for a used car. more

i've been looking for a lexus sedan for quite a while but have had a really hard time finding something with decent mileage for a good price. i am so glad i found auto direct, not only was the mileagelow and the price very reasonable, the car was absolutely spotless. The brakes needed changed and dan made sure the mechanics took care of it before i picked it up. All around a great experience. more

I stummbled upon the website while looking for a used Ford Explorer... the prices were so cheap I couldnt believe it! I had to check it out. When I went through all the cars that they actually had at the dealership I was overwhelmed. They have so many great cars for such a decent price. I finally decided on buying a Sport Trac. Sean got all the paperwork drawn up in no time and next thing you know I'm driving home in my new truck!It was all so quick and so effortless. I would recommend to anyone! more

The best car experience I have ever had. Both Shawn and Sean went above and beyond for me. I got the car I always wanted at a great price and the car (Acura MDX ) was in great condition for being 8 yrs old everyone asked if it was a brand new car. Great Place to buy a car or truck 10/22/2011

Recently bought an 08 Avalanche from Autos Direct Online...Thought their price was too low to be real...went there, looked at the truck, was in great shape, just as described. the whole experience was very low key, low pressure and extremely easy. I buy on average a car or 2 a year, and this was the easiest transaction in many years...No back and forth with ""the manager"" stuff !!, The deal was made in about 15 minutes. The did some work to the truck they said they would do and I picked it up a week later...Dan was great to deal with...Will check with them FIRST before my next purchase. more

Pleasantly Surprised 10/22/2011

I recently found an 02 BMW X5 on eBay with 69000 miles that was priced lower than others I had seen. I contacted the seller, and with much nervousness came to terms with him over the phone. I was very skeptical being that I'm from New York and I couldn't see the car before I gave him the deposit. Juan made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, so I took a chance and went ahead with it. Within 10 minutes I had all of the paperwork in my Inbox. I decided that it would be cheaper for me to have the car shipped to my home, rather than fly there. I was pleasantly surprised when the car arrived because it was exactly like Juan described, even down to the couple small items that weren't completely perfect. I was actually impressed that it was nicer than I would have expected because of its age. Thanks again Juan, and I will definately shop there in the future. more

He even picked me up from the airport! The whole proses was very quick and easy and their prices are very fair. The car was in great condition.
