I recently purchased a 2008 saab 9-7x (White) it has wood interior and tan leather seats,I have only had this car for a few weeks now but i love this car already. I have been scammed by lots of used car lots here in cleveland and autos direct online came highly recommended and I am very satisfied with my car buying experience wiith autos direct online. Our salesman Dave was very helpful after my financing submission online and through the phone process and Rollie was very friendly and funny and together they made my choice very easy and comfortable. I purchased a 2003 Lincoln LS Sport from Autos Direct Online and have had to spend over $700 on repairs in just the first 3 weeks of owning this car. I was told by Dan Caldwell that there was a 3 day post inspection performed on every car by company policy and that if the car needed anything whether it was brakes, rotors, wiper blades, that it would be done and ready to go. \r \r The cars rear brakes are nearly metal to metal, the bearings in the rear wheels are shot, the front rotor was warped, I had to replace the core the day after the car was home do to it misfiring, and 2 days after the core was replaced I had an EVAP leak. I would suggest to anyone that if they are doing a 3 day post inspection on a car you purchased, to put that in writing because if they had done it on this car, they would have noticed these things. more

I recently purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Eos. Autos Direct Online had an overwhelming supply of used cars at a great price. I worked with a great salesperson, Julie Turner, who went out of her way to make sure my car buying experience was exceptional. She worked with me to get the exact outcome I was hoping for. \r The price was wonderful and the process was fairly painless; However, I would look over your Bill of Sale and make sure it is accurate. They tried to charge us sales tax twice. After an Hour and a half explaining over the phone, they realized that they did charge us the sales tax it just was not on the Bill Of Sale in the appropriate place. It was resolved and they apologized for the oversight. Nonetheless, it was very frustrating explaining simple math. I do plan on buying cars in the future from Autos Direct Online they have a great inventory and fantastic prices!\r \r I had my car extensively checked out by Volkswagen and am very pleased with what a great car it is no problems!!! I recently drove down to purchase a car from Autos Direct Online from Rochester, Michigan (20 miles north of Detroit). Not only were the prices fair, our sales rep Jeff was amazing and help us each and every day with more and more question we had to ask about the car. I was looking for a Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Wagon, and to my surprise ADO had one available at an amazing price! We drove a little over three hours to their location and we were impressed from the moment we got there. All of the sales reps that we came in contact with were great, as soon as we pulled in the lot they were there to help us. They were very easy to find, and only a few miles off of two main freeways. I would defiantly reefer family and friends to buy from AUTOS DIRECT ONLINE. \r \r I have had my car for a few weeks now, and I am still impressed with what it has to offer! Recently my wife and I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Dave at Autos Direct Online. We saw the car online and went to their location to look at it. We just walked in off the street. I guess we should have called and made an appointment, but it didn’t really matter as Dave was very helpful. We got a great car at a great price and the transaction was hassle free. I recently bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Autos Direct Online, my sales person was Julie Turner. I found that the vehicle was as advertised and had a clean carfax. It needed some TLC such as brakes and tires but was able to do those things myself and still managed to spend less than something comparable. Other than a strange odor in the car and a warrantied powersteering pump I was satisfied. I would recomend them to anyone. more

This is not your usual dealership. This is a very fast paced operation. You need to know what you are looking for and the value and price you want to pay for that vehicle. It is up to you to take responsibility for what you are buying. You do have the option to take it to a mechanic and I would recommend purchasing a warranty to cover yourself. Expect a very “light” inspection and cleaning of the vehicle. They do not deal with tires other than air and do not change fluids other than topping them off. Do not assume anything and do not expect a detailed, worry free vehicle, remember it is used. You will get a nice vehicle at a great price that may need some work and T.L.C. but you will still be ahead of the game in the end. Dan L. and the staff were very helpful, the financing was effort free, and they did fix a few things while I waited. ED, who picked me up at the airport, was a great guy and eased the stress of the unknown. I would, and have recommended A.D.O. to family and friends adding that they follow the above advice. We are happy with the ‘06 Cadillac STS Northstar AWD and now that the “bugs” have been worked out I feel we are money ahead even with the added expenses. On October 29, 2012, I purchased a 2006 Buick Lacrosse from Autos Direct Online. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I called the dealership on 2 occasions inquiring about the 2006 Lacrosse. During both calls, I told the sales representative I live in PA and a vehicle inspection is required. In both conversations, the sales rep. told me they sell vehicles to customers in states that require an inspection and the vehicle would be fully inspected prior to purchase. Based on this information, I traveled to Autos Direct Online on October 24, 2012 to test drive the 2006 Buick Lacrosse, I discussed the requirements for a PA inspection with the sales person. They stated the vehicle would be inspected prior to purchase & any issues would be fixed. I asked if the vehicle would pass PA inspection, and they assured me the mechanics at Autos Direct Online would fully inspect the 2006 Buick and it would pass PA inspection. Based their assurance the vehicle would be inspected properly, I agreed to put down a $500 deposit & return within a week to purchase the vehicle. On October 29, I returned to Autos Direct Online to purchase the car. At that time, they confirmed the vehicle went through a full inspection. I again asked if the vehicle would pass a PA inspection, and they said ?yes?. I purchased the vehicle & drove it to PA. On Wednesday, November 28, 2012, I received the title for vehicle & transferred it into my name. On December 01, 2012, a local service garage completed the PA inspection & found several issues w/ estimated repairs of $486.59. Autos Direct Online is responsible for the repairs because either their mechanic failed to inspect the vehicle or the sales person falsely represented the condition of the car by stating it would pass a PA inspection. I spoke w/ a sales representative at Autos Direct Online via web chat & sent an e-mail with the repair estimate. No response. I was forced to go through the Better Business Bureau. Please note that Autos Direct Online offered me $100 to post a positive review on this site. They even provided a print out with instructions. Obviously, I am VERY dissatisfied with this dealer and their response to my complaint. more

Hey guys bought a car from Autos Direct Online. It was a 2007 Mercedes C280 4matic! Natalie and Julie helped me out by helping me pick out the best one! They even made me a video and tested out the car for me. They drove it and told me the exact condition. So I drove 2 hours to pick up and only had to do oil change!!!! more

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Autos Direct Online. I purchased yesterday a 2005 Chevy Corvette at an incredible price. The car was exactly as described on-line (minus floor mats). The Price of the van was amazing. That is what got my wife and I so interested in the first place. Juan was very nice throughout the buying of the car. Along the way, however, there was some miscommunication which is why I reviewed the overall experience as okay. I felt that some of the miscommunication could have been avoided with some phone calls rather than texting. There were some times where we were given some deadlines that were never met. However, I did feel that the intentions of the given deadlines were to appease us as the buyer. Yet, as I stated before some of the miscommunication could have been avoided if we were given realistic deadlines from the beginning instead of frustrating deadlines that were not met. In the End Juan had our best interest in mind as things were ultimately delayed due to some final touches that he felt the Van needed before the final sale. It was definitely worth the wait in the end as the Van is everything we expected and more. more
