I found an Infiniti G35S Sedan that fit my search criteria and budget. This was the lowest price I could find in a 500 square mile radius, especially considering the lower mileage. After learning more details from Jeff on the car, I placed a deposit on it and arranged a flight from Chicago (one way) to go and purchase it. They sent someone to pick me up at the airport and after a test drive and inspection, I was out on the road heading back home within a few hours. more

I was in the market for a Mercedes ML SUV and Autos Direct Online had the car I was looking for and for the right price. The car was priced atleat $4000 less than the SUVs I have seen in other dealerships. Auto Direct Online has the best deal in town and Juan was very helpful in answering all my questions tirelessly. There were couple of issues with the car that Auto direct online repaired for free. All the paperwork went smoothly and my car was ready for pickup within a day. I had a great service and an awesome experience in buying my Mercedes SUV. I would certainly recommend Auto Direct Online to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle. more

My experience at Autos Direct Online was a very positive one. I found the 2008 Chevy Tahoe online and it was exactly what I was looking for. I called ahead and made arrangements to look at it and when I got there they had it waiting for me to test drive. The Tahoe was in excellent condition just as Dave said it was. I ended up trading in my pickup for the Tahoe and was on my way. I was very impressed with the number of customers that stopped in to look at vehicles and how many of those customers bought and traded vehicles while I was there. This reassured me that Autos Direct Online was a dependable dealer and I had made a good choice in selecting them for my purchase. more

Dave & Sean at Autosdirectonline were very friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever they could to help me find a car that I would love. They always made me feel like I was important and never made me feel like they were only trying to sell me a car. I went in there looking for one car and with their honesty, advice and knowledge of the car I had originally wanted, I ended up getting something completely more suited for me. I called about a car, Lexus RX400 H, under 100k miles. We were looking for a specific vehicle Black Onyx loaded, navi system, premium stereo, power lift gate, voice controls, and much more... All under $29k. I thought it was a joke the had three, on these rare cars starting a $14.5k -$18.5 k. We got our loan low rate and bought the $18,500, $355 per month over $10,000 less than everyone else. Okay now I thought there had to be a catch! It drives like a dream come true. I believe in good service as the owner of the number rated home security company in Ohio, 24-7protectionservices.com,I know the values on honesty, trust, integrity, and good customer service " under promise and over deliver" make customers for life. We as customers want to get more then we bargained for. Steve treated my family with respect as a caring friend, and sincere advisor. It was the easies car purchase I have every experience. Saw an ad for an Audi online after test driving one at another dealership. We called Autos Direct Online and came in to see the car they had. It was the same year as the previous car but had 10,000 less miles on it and was about $3,000 cheaper than the previous one we looked at. We had great service and a wonderful experience as getting a great deal on my dream car! more

Beware, descriptions are misleading. Before I bought my car from them I asked what the issues were with the car. Specifically if there was any rust or paint work, was told that they walked around it and it looked good. When car arrived there was rust on the bottom of the drivers doors and most of the car had prior paint work, quality was terrible, it was very obvious. Description of car stated the exterior was better than average, what a crock. I called to complain, was told they would help me on my next car. Left messages for the owner, he won't return my calls. This is no way to do business. I've read others reviews and my experience seems to be too common with this dealer, shame on them! more

Hello, My name is Colin Britko and I recently (August 3, 2012) purchased a 2005 Volvo S60 R design from Autos Direct Online. The location of the dealership was in Brook Park OH, 41442. I live in North Canton Ohio 44720, so the dealership was only about a 50 minute drive. In the end it was well worth the 50 minute drive to purchase this car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly approached by a salesman named Jeff Payne. He introduced himself and we began discussing the Volvo. Jeff showed me the car on the lot and I inspected it and then took the car for a test drive. When I arrived back at the dealership, Jeff and I began to talk numbers and began the process of purchasing a car. Jeff was friendly and I would gladly do business with this dealership and Mr. Payne in the future, as well as pass along the good word. more
