I bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dave Lastafka at Autos Direct Online. He was a straight up guy - no BS, and answered all my questions. He was willing to work with me and mitigated my original concerns. Despite the whole sales team being super busy - he was patient and not pushy. Overall a good experience. more

We were very pleased with our experience at Autos Direct Online. There was no pressure from our salesperson to buy our Acura, which we are very happy with. We decided to trade in our van instead of selling it ourselves and received a very reasonable offer for it which made it very easy to buy our car here other than go somewhere else. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. The staff is very friendly and attentive and took good care of us. The information about our car on their website was extremely accurate and informative, there were no hidden issues. Of all the dealerships I've been at over the years, this is the one I highly recommend. Check out their website then give them a call-- you won't be disappointed! more

I went to Autos Direct Online based on a previous customer's recommendation. I originally went to look at a Honda Pilot since I wanted to upgrade to an SUV with a 3rd row. While walking the lot, I found a Volvo XC90 (SUV). Owning a Volvo S80, I knew that the Volvo would be a better option then the Honda. After test driving the car, I was interested. Vince was very helpful regarding what I was looking for. I knew what I was looking for as well as what price range was my limit. Vince worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Vince was very friendly and his efforts got the deal done. more

I have been extremely pleased with my experiences with Autos Direct Online. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in 2012 and after putting over a thousand miles on each, could not be happier with either. Both of the vehicles I bought were delivered in excellent condition, exactly as described, and even exceeded my expectations. All the paperwork I needed was completed before I left their Brook Park offices. Autos Direct Online is and will continue to be the first, and likely the last, place I look when I?m purchasing a vehicle. more

We weren't sure what to expect when arriving at Autos Direct. It was a total different experience than any other car buying experience we've ever had. My favorite part was not having to deal with the hassle of negotiating the price and playing the game of most dealerships (which takes soooo much time). The price was as listed, so the only decision was based on what we thought of the vehicle itself. The staff was super friendly and answered every question we had! more

I bought a 2008 Camry from AutosDirectOnline which is not only clean and has a low milage, but also one of the cheapest cars I found that week in the nation. When I went on person to see the car I found it as was described online so I drove it home from Ohio to Michigan that day. The staff, Dave and the others, were very friendly and the purchasing process was pretty much swift and smooth. more

Every step was clear and easy--our salesman Dan was upfront and we knew our price really was the best deal available. We shopped around at some other dealerships and found our car $5,000 higher each time. Autos Direct Online is a fair, honest, and trustworthy dealership. Now that we've dealt with Dan and Autos Direct Online, we'll never go elsewhere. I just bought a beautiful 2004 Highlander through Jeff Payne at Autos Direct Online out of Ohio. I had a really positive experience buying a car with them. Jeff was extremely helpful and straight forward with me about the vehicle and the sale. I think their selection and prices are very competitive. All in all, I can highly recommend someone to work with them for buying their used cars. Do your own research, know what you???re looking for, and then compare all that with what ADO has to offer. He was very honest about any issues and more than willing to work with me. Pricing was amazing. Drove from Michigan to see the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described.
