They lied to me about the vehicle's condition... I had car shipped and once off the truck I drove it and realized something was really wrong right away. The car had no power and wouldn't go over 45 mph and made noises while accelerating. It turned out that the fan clutch was wasted and putting a load on the motor and the catalyctic converter was plugged up. The a/c compressor front bearing was coming off and making noise. It cost me $2400 to fix the car so I can drive it. Upon further inspection, I noticed rust bubbling up everywhere and covered up with fresh paint. Tires were dry-rotted and unsafe. The rear 3rd seat seatbelts were broken. I am still fixing this thing and finding more issues everyday and have spent thousands to fix this car -- I was told this car ran great and that they inspect and fix all problem prior to shipping. They are dishonest for sure and didn't even answer my calls or e-mails about problems. I decided to fix the car because I could not re-sell this to someone like it was and now I am stuck with it. BE CAREFULL AND CONSIDER BUYING FROM SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS HONEST!! I went off their ebay feedback but that is not a true reflection since most of their sales are done off ebay and auctions are often ended early like mine did leaving you no recourse or ebay protection. more

I bought a car from these guys on Ebay, the car was represented in excellent condition. I left Negative feedback on Ebay stating the facts, which were I was very disappointed, I sent an email that got no response, and that they failed to mention that the car had been Keyed. The pictures they had on ebay clearly were photoshop'd to eliminate the huge Key gouge. They conned someone at Ebay's ""Net Neutral"" company into removing my negative feedback because as they said I should have went to Cleveland, OH to inspect the car first. My thinking is... that is the whole point of pics and descriptions on ebay not to mention feedback ratings. One assumes that when he is buying a car or anything for that matter on ebay, that he can know the pictures are accurate, the description is accurate and the feedback rating system is accurate. My opinion of Ebay tonight is forever changed as these guys now have a 100% feedback ranking again even after my negative feedback. It tells me to never again rely on a feedback ranking and certainly do not ever buy a car on Ebay again. Ill never ever make that mistake again no matter how good the deal seems. more

To start my experiance with Autos Direct Online was different, being a woman I expect to have car dealers try to take advantage. These guys didn't they treated me with respect, answered any and all questions I had. Secondly, the budget I was working with left a little to be desired. I had looked at other car lots and was quickly getting concerned about what I could afford. I looked on ebay and found the 2001 VW Passat that was so clean with moderate miles on it i was totally in love and bought the car the next day. I have had that car for a year and a half and haven't had any problems with the car. I am as happy as the first day I bought it, and will definately buy my next car from them. more
