Review content:
Robert Punt is very good at what he does. The front office will lead you to believe that they are communicating with your insurance company and keeping you notified of any changes. What they don't tell you is that some of the codes they submit are not accepted by insurance or only have limited payouts. They will continue to serve you and change your therapy without notifying your of the cost involved. Then when the insurance will not pay, you receive a huge bill. Call your insurance every week while under this companies treatment. Never accept their verification of insurance coverage. Additude of the front office staff is poor to unacceptable for a service orientated firm. Cheryl Punt (office manager) is unyielding and firmset on collecting as much money as possible, no matter how the service is handled. Beware! Pros: Good therapy Cons: Very Poor office staff and insurance claim handling
