5"" gutters are the correct size for your house. I asked you to clean them out because that will cause water to seep under the crawl space. I raised the heater as a temporary solution until we saw if that was the problem. If a 3-way switch has gone bad, it will not work at either end. It's a 5 min. fix. My plumber uses Delta faucets, whcih are the best, as well as Mansfield toilets. I use superior quality exterior doors by Therma-Tru. I would have been glad to fix any of this for you. I have built over 400 homes in my 23 years in business. I have even built some clients their first and second home. I have always and will continue to stand behind my spec homes as well as my custom homes.
