My wife and I just purchased a home in Beaverton for our daughter. It was a bank owned home and it was ""As is"". When we were able to get into it we saw water damage throughout the house. We called 4 companies for quotes on the repair and the price varied wildly. We took the middle quote of Elements roofing of Lake Oswego. They showed up on time and finished almost on time. There were more issues that needed to be resolved when they took the shingles off. I felt that they treated me fairly with the additional repairs. The price went up with additions but my daughter now has a leak free home. I would recommend them as a professional fair contractor.
