This company is horrible!!!! First of all you can't get emergency appointments like they advertise. Secondly, the staff seem so unconcerned about your issues. I needed my refrigerator repaired. They came out replaced a part with a part that was defective!!!! I then had to wait for them to receive a new part and was told that I would have to wait two more days for an appointment for them to come and remove the defective part. Even though I had been without my refrigerator for more than a week and over the holiday weekend, there was no concern about getting someone out there as soon as possible. Oh yeah, they had already cashed my check even though my refrigerator was and is still broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
