Review content:
recently entered this business in Buckingham Green for the first time. I have been living in the area for the past 10 years and I was in need of some lighting solutions to help with a recent office addition to my business. I had always noticed the business but never went to visit until recently.
I walked into the business with an associate of mine and we were dressed professionally. An older women spotted us and instead of asking us how she could help us immediately made the assumption that we were not shoppers but sellers. She held up her hand and dismissed us like we were two year olds she was telling to go to their rooms for a timeout.
I was personally offended and embarrassed for her as she obviously needs a lesson in customer service 101. She was crude, rude and her behavior and professions were certainly unattractive!
After that experience, we drove to Furlong lighting where we met a please ant, intelligent, informative women (Susan) who knows how to treat people.
Beware of Solebury Lighting and Design, venture in at your own risk - Go to Furlong Lighting!! I plan on telling that to 1000 of my most influential friends!
