I intended to write this review several days ago but life is dominated by the unexpected and seemingly determined to throw us for one loop after another. I believe you folks at Christian Brothers understand this. You certainly did everything you could to help me through the automotive portion of my recent trials. I am so glad I chose you guys when I needed someone to help me keep my daughters old Honda going for a while longer. Understanding, competence and fairness don't exist as a group very often these days. I would particularly like to thank Chris for the level of effort, expertise, ingenuity and plain old determination he brought to bear on the damage and wear issues with the car. He really took it upon himself to do everything possible to make things as right as they could be within what was reasonable to invest in a car this old. He truly embodies what it means to be a Christian Brother. I am thankful to know you all and rest assured I have already told many and will tell many more about your oasis of excellent customer service in a sea of apathy and incompetence.
