I recently took my Lexus to Christian Brothers after taking my car elsewhere for an oil change. The oil change business never told me I had a leak in my radiator which could have caused a lot of damage to my car. Christian Brothers identified the problem and replaced it with prompt and professional service. Very clean facilities in the waiting area. more

I showed up without an appointment (though I understand that they prefer you to have one) for an oil change and was taken care of within minutes! They worked me into their busy schedule and afterward I was apprised of the various things on my car that could use attention. They promised an email estimate, but alas I have not yet received it. more

Thought brakes were getting bad and asked for courtesy inspection. Everyone was up front and honest something that has been lacking from previous mechanics. Oil change was just as quick as a Jiffy Lube. Waiting area felt like I was in a downtown office buildings lobby area. Very nice!!! more

I intended to write this review several days ago but life is dominated by the unexpected and seemingly determined to throw us for one loop after another. I believe you folks at Christian Brothers understand this. You certainly did everything you could to help me through the automotive portion of my recent trials. I am so glad I chose you guys when I needed someone to help me keep my daughters old Honda going for a while longer. Understanding, competence and fairness don't exist as a group very often these days. I would particularly like to thank Chris for the level of effort, expertise, ingenuity and plain old determination he brought to bear on the damage and wear issues with the car. He really took it upon himself to do everything possible to make things as right as they could be within what was reasonable to invest in a car this old. He truly embodies what it means to be a Christian Brother. I am thankful to know you all and rest assured I have already told many and will tell many more about your oasis of excellent customer service in a sea of apathy and incompetence. Jeremy has great knowledge about different makes of cars. Really knows his stuff. Courtesy shuttle service was provided by owner to and from shop. They are really kind and honest people. They didn't try to add on services that were not necessary. Will recommend to everyone! more
