Review content:
Even though there's a small outbuilding on their property called "Hades", believe me, the Book Barn is made in heaven. If you love rustic and real, this is your place---If you want glitz and gelato, "buh-bye." (Although they do usually offer free good ol' regular coffee and donuts.) My husband and I love the Book Barn. There's the large main building, which is an old barn, then a few outbuildings, all nicely stuffed with gently used books of all categories. We can browse in there for hours. They also buy used books, but call ahead to find out if they're paying in cash or store credit the day you want to sell. Sometimes it's cash, other days credit. The property is charming and even sports a few pet goats and cats.
