Brusters is definitely one of the more expensive ice cream shops in the area. The price does make it a special treat but special it is! They truly have the absolute creamiest ice cream around. The frozen yogurt, while not as creamy, comes close. They change flavors often and always have a different twist on flavor of the month. My favorite is the cotton candy explosion, which tastes like a creamy cotton candy base with crackling popping candy nerds base that snaps in your mouth. Each holiday they make this creation into a holiday special by coloring it according to the holiday... Fourth of July it's all red, white and blue, etc. They often run banana split specials where you pay half price if you bring your own banana. Mother's day they usually give mom a free cone. The specials are countless!
The ice cream is so delicious, very delightful and definitely a special treat on any hot day.
