Technician Shem arrived in the AM as scheduled. He examined the old opener and proceeded to evaluate the overall condition of the door. He then informed me of what he thought needed to be done. I originally only planned to replace the opener. However, after having the possible future problems explained to me, and the fact that no service had been performed on the door for over 30 years, I agreed to have Shem perform all of his recommendations.
Shem acted very professionally in his work attitude and conversations with me. In fact, he made me a partial Country Music fan as a result of his music selections.
If all of your technicians are like Shem you should remain in business for many years to come.
