Someone that started work with me at the same time (caterpillar inc.) has been welding for almost 10 years. He recently got called in for having poor quality on his welds, meanwhile; I am getting complimented on my welds by the floor manager and supervisor. Ive only been welding for 6 months! CDA MWP is where it's at!!!!\r
