My daughter bought her and I a package for a massage, manicure and pedicure. We had never been there before and didn't know what to expect. We both had massages that was very relaxing and very good. We thought so far our experience here was going to be a good one. Since they were short handed that day the owner said she would be doing both of our mani/pedi. No problem, that was fine with us. Well, she was very rushed with our manicures so much that she didn't do them properly. We had our spa treatments on a Friday and by Sunday our nails were already chipping. I was very upset since my daughter paid alot of money for this package. I called the spa to let them know I was dissatisfied but so far I have not heard back from them. This just shows how customer unfriendly they are. I will never use them again and have told my friends not to either. Obviously the owner does not care about repeat customers or she would have called back and explained her policy to me.
