I have never dealt with a company that was so clueless. I called them once a week to get the progress. I always got the run around, was put on hold for hours, LITERALLY, and my calls were never returned when I left a message. My adjuster was changed 3 times and no one knew why that was the case. They had to come out to my property numerous times to inspect, including the last time which was 8 months after the claim. Yesterday, after 9 months since the claim was started, I recieve a letter from them that my claim has been withdrawn. DO NOT USE THEM! Pay a little more and use a real company, I learned the hard way.
