I've called JCI Roofing several times, and every time they have been here when they said they would be, got it done like they said the would, and they didn't charge me beyond the estimate, even for the extra things that they did for me. The third time I had them out here I had them replace the whole roof. They did a great job on that, and they finished it fast. The roofers were very professional and very courteous. They cleaned everything up so well that I couldn't even tell they were here by the time they got the job done!
The owner himself is very polite and very professional. Anything I pointed out to him, he made sure that it was done. He does the extra steps to make sure it's covered, repaired, and done well.
