I have been to Top Shelf only twice. The first time was fun and I met some good people. Nothing rowdy. The second time, I brought my own Karoake machine in and asked if I could set it up and sing with my friends. The owners were accommodating. In the end their flat screen TV's have the connections for my machine in the back of the TV so we couldn't get my machine hooked up. Regardless, they were nice enough to let us try!
