Walked in with wife and kid and we were greeted with a ""Hi, have a seat anywhere."" So far so good. We waitied a while before we got menus; long enough that I felt invisible and started looking around to see what was up. Finally we got menus and got some water since we were going to wait for the food to go. Menu had a nice selection. I read the pizza here is good but I didn't order any; I'm not into thin crust. I did see some people eating some of the pizza and the crust didn't look as thin as some others so I may try it IF I return. I ordered some buffalo type chicken as appetizers, two sandwhiches, and a Tiramisu to go. Waited some more...tick tock tick tock. Long wait for buffalo wings type appetizer, two sandwiches, and a cake. Looked around and some other people next to us waited a while for their check. There were some people outside but didn't seem too busy. Not many people inside. Looked to be only two waitstaff working. Finally got my food but no check. Waiting again. Trying to get waitress' attention. She passes by me and I lose sight of her. She's at table next to me so I ask for the check since we have our food to go and want to GO. Wait some more. Looks like some of her friends come in just as she's bringing our check. She stops to talk to them..I finally get my check. Get up and her and her friends are up talking in the middle of the place so I force my route through. Well I didn't push anyone but walked through an opening with my wife and kid.\r

I don't know if being non-white had anything to do with the bad service. Probably not because it seemed like others had to wait too. Just felt unwelcomed in there but maybe it was due to the bad service. I like to think race didn't come into place and will just chalk it up to bad service. I'll probably try the place again some other time.
Pros: Good Sandwiches, Excellent Tiramisu, Good beer selection
Cons: Long wait time for everything and bad service, bad & greasy buffalo chicken, felt unwelcomed
