My wife and I are having our first child and needed something a bit bigger to make up for all the baby stuff. I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to the new car buying process -- yuk! But from top to bottom it was exceptional. Seriously, like it was great.\r

The single most important thing was that the SCBMW guys listened to what I asked. For instance, I asked them to respond in email -- they did that. I asked them not to go through the whole 'back and forth' and just tell me what I needed to knwo --they did that. I asked questions on the phone and they got back to me quickly. It was super.\r

I shopped around (quite a bit, in fact) and the Steven's Creek guys were the only ones who didn't pull the whole standard ""you gotta buy right now"" stuff. They just gave me a great price right out of the gate, and then took the rest of the time answering questions -- not trying to put me into a different car, not trying to sell me other stuff -- just answering the questions that I asked. I mean, it was like seriously that good.\r

In particular, Franco Karzag who sold us the car, was an easy-going, ""how can I help"" type guy. And then, when we came in, the manager (Paul Carruba) was also great. When we went to the finance person he was the same way: ""here's the extras: want anything? OK, cool"" \r

I kept waiting for the situation to go bad but it never did. So I'd recommend checking them out. Really great experience....\r
