Terrible!\r \r If you think it's important that your luxury vehicle gets treated with respect, do not go to this steal-er-ship.\r \r Possibly the worst experience in my life. Ask for a manager and you will get a run around. Call and ask for the manager daily, and eventually you will get Kevin Gaither, a total idiot that has no clue about customer service. My family has been purchasing BMWs for about 15 years now. There is a reason why we keep on coming back to Bob, he treats us like a Parton the BMW family. He always greets us with a smile, gives us a tour of the newest cars to hit the floor and treats us with so much respect and kindness. Romeo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from test drive to vehicle pick up. I appreciate the personal attention without the pushy salesperson pitch. He was very prompt in replying to my questions during the waiting period. Thanks so much for all the recommendations and assisting me in configuring my new car! I absolutely love it! Gil and Chris were also very helpful during pick-up. Having Chris go over the vehicle features was definitely a plus. It made going through the manual a lot less intimidating afterwards. I had my son's M3 serviced here after his death. I was given a ""free"" loaner during the service. When I picked up my son's car I was told by the service clerk there was, ""no charge..."" Lo and behold I had a $300 charge on my card. I have called, inquired, complained...no response. I suppose they feel comfortable with the practice of charging your card without authorization or warning. BEWARE....... more

Excellent car buying experience 10/1/2008

Excellent, excellent experience. Best ever for a new car....\r \r My wife and I are having our first child and needed something a bit bigger to make up for all the baby stuff. I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to the new car buying process -- yuk! But from top to bottom it was exceptional. Seriously, like it was great.\r \r The single most important thing was that the SCBMW guys listened to what I asked. For instance, I asked them to respond in email -- they did that. I asked them not to go through the whole 'back and forth' and just tell me what I needed to knwo --they did that. I asked questions on the phone and they got back to me quickly. It was super.\r \r I shopped around (quite a bit, in fact) and the Steven's Creek guys were the only ones who didn't pull the whole standard ""you gotta buy right now"" stuff. They just gave me a great price right out of the gate, and then took the rest of the time answering questions -- not trying to put me into a different car, not trying to sell me other stuff -- just answering the questions that I asked. I mean, it was like seriously that good.\r \r In particular, Franco Karzag who sold us the car, was an easy-going, ""how can I help"" type guy. And then, when we came in, the manager (Paul Carruba) was also great. When we went to the finance person he was the same way: ""here's the extras: want anything? OK, cool"" \r \r I kept waiting for the situation to go bad but it never did. So I'd recommend checking them out. Biggest Nightmare ! 6/11/2008

I did not buy my BMW from this place, however it was towed there because apparently it was the closest to my home. there was a problem with the tire senors, my car was dropped off there at around 8am, i called to check in on it, they said it would be a while before they got a report, I called around 1pm still no report, Karina a service advisor called me back, at 5:30 pm to tell me that there were nails in my back tires and that i should go ahead and replace all four since the front tires were worn, and they can do an alignment, I said i guess i don't really have a choice. (the tires had less than 10,000 miles on them)\r The next Am I called the Dealer I bought the car from, they were absolutely Awesome( Fremont BMW)\r they were very proactive in trying to make thins right, they offered to tow my car there at their expense, give me loaner, aligh the tires, they tried repeatedly to get the car from Stevens Creek Bmw, but they said I would have to pay for the tires they ordered for my car, So now they are holding my car Randsome unless I pay a restocking fee for something they ordered , i would like to add that I have never stepped foot at this lot or signed any work orders/contracts with this dealer.!! It's a Scam!!! more
