I am in my fifties and always worried about aging. I had discovered since I started practicing yoga at The Devanand Yoga Center that there are many things I can do to slow the aging process. I am currently applying my new knowledge with my husband, and myself, and we are incredible happy with the results. My yoga instructor unconditionally shares this info with all the students in such a caring way. Certainly this yoga center is a very special place to be.
