My son joined band last year for school and needed to purchase a glockenspiel. His band teacher gave a list of businesses that would carry them. Tulsa Band was the closest to us, so we chose that one.
They were absolutely wonderful from the beginning. The staff is friendly and takes care of the customer's first. We've been going back ever since. This is the second year my son has been playing on the bells and his instrument had a few problems, mostly because he is a 12yo little boy and it's an instrument you hit. Tulsa Band always fixed the problems immediately for us with no problems whatsoever and they always have remembered our name and instrument. They take an interest in my son's music and make him feel important. Can't say enough about this company.
