I was really happy with my service from Symphony. We just moved to the area and I do not do laundromats so I'm happy I found Symphony. The woman on the phone was very nice and, more importantly, I could understand her. They picked up and delivered our laundry for free and the delivery man was very sweet too. The total came to $47.20 for 3 weeks of laundry for two people! We had two huge bags so, at 80 cents a pound, we were lucky to find an affordable place. Will defiitely use them every time and recommend them to my UWS neighbors!!
