Carpet cleaning service that you look for that you seldom find 11/20/2013

I found that Coulter and his company, Zimp, has been responsive and professional and absolutely reliable. I found that he's been honest to his approach and his performance. He has been perfect and i would recommend him without any reservations whatsoever to whoever needs carpets cleaned or their hardwood floors buffed. He's cleaned carpets, buffed hardwood and tiles floors in rental houses and in my own house and on behalf of several clients to whom I've recommended Bill in my role as a real estate agent. Bill is a man of his word 2/7/2011

I have had Bill clean my carpets before. To start the new year off, I called and asked him to clean my living room furniture. There was a problem and immediately Bill took control AND ownership of the problem and promised to make everything 'better than before.' I am here to tell you that Bill is a man of his word. He not only has a wonderful work ethic, he is gracious, courteous, kind AND hard working. My problem was solved and the end result couldn't be better! I will always recommend Bill for not only what he does, but WHO he is. Thanks Bill! more

The Best Experience & Service I have ever had 7/8/2010

I'll admit it. I've neglected the upkeep of my 'new' carpet and it really started to show. To make matters worse, the latest addition to my life, Sophie a 9 month old Golden Puppy, had a hard time understanding the difference between grass and my carpet for the potty. I searched around for carpet cleaners in the Seatlle area and started reading the reviews on Zimp. Every single review was shining, so I gave them a call. Bill was in the area and stopped by within the hour to assess the 'damage'. He walked me through all my options clearly and ensure me he could save one of the biggest investments I have made in my house. When a few of the deep spots started showing up a week later, I gave him a call and he was at my house within a day to retreat them. I think he may have fallen as much in love with my carpet as I did when I picked it out. Pros: Professional, trustworthy, dedicated to doing the Great Job! more

Green and Clean 5/21/2010

I have a white carpet and a dog - a terrible combination. Bill of Zimp Carpet Cleaning was able to clean the carpet back to its original, pristine state in a couple of hours; I couldn't even tell where the stains had been. Bill was incredibly thorough and worked around my schedule. A month later the carpet still looks good! I would definitely hire him again. Pros: Professional; Affordable more

Made our carpet look better than it ever has 5/5/2010

Our carpet has been awful since we bought our place - it wasn't very high quality to begin with, and it would stain with even a drop of water. We had it cleaned after we moved in by Coit, but the stains would come back almost immediately. This year I found Zimp off of the Yelp reviews and decided to go with a green, local company. Bill from Zimp worked insanely hard and seriously made our carpet look better than it every has (and it seriously looked bad)! And even a few days later, none of the stains have come back! And there was no leftover chemicals or smell - just cleanliness! I would recommend Zimp to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Pros: Professional, results are fantastic more

Carpet Cleaning at it's BEST! 4/23/2010

If you want a professional, experienced carpet cleaner, and a great finished product then call Zimp Carpet Cleaning. Best carpet cleaning we have had in years. Bill Coulter first did our office, as a test. WOW, were we impressed! He was on time, professional, and our carpet looked amazing. Ok, onto the house....a few weeks later. No harsh chemicals, care given to every detail from the set up, moving furniture, plastic under all the furniture legs when moved back in, extra attention to problem areas, and spots, even a follow up return visit to make sure everything looked good after the fact. Most importantly I would feel comfortable leaving Bill in my home alone while cleaning the carpets. I would highly recommend Bill and his Zimp mobile for any carpet cleaning job. Finally a clean cut, honest, hard working guy who takes pride in what he does, and does a fantastic job. Pros: Professional, Punctual, Honest Cons: No Cons more

Zimp Carpet Cleaning is excellent choice 4/20/2010

I bought a cream colored shag rug for my living room and it was a big mistake, but being the girly girl that I am, I wasn't thinking about the difficulties of having a white rug. Absolutely the Best! 3/30/2010

Bill Coulter cleaned our carpets twice las year. We wouldn't think of using any one else. We live in a small condo complex on Queen Anne. It didn't take long for one of our neighbors to realize what a great job Zimp did for us and thus had him clean his carpets. He was so satisfied that he booked his next cleaning with him for this coming September. Pros: Reliable, honest,efficient and thorough more
