I'll admit it. I've neglected the upkeep of my 'new' carpet and it really started to show. To make matters worse, the latest addition to my life, Sophie a 9 month old Golden Puppy, had a hard time understanding the difference between grass and my carpet for the potty. I searched around for carpet cleaners in the Seatlle area and started reading the reviews on Zimp. Every single review was shining, so I gave them a call. Bill was in the area and stopped by within the hour to assess the 'damage'. He walked me through all my options clearly and ensure me he could save one of the biggest investments I have made in my house. When a few of the deep spots started showing up a week later, I gave him a call and he was at my house within a day to retreat them. I think he may have fallen as much in love with my carpet as I did when I picked it out.
