Our carpet has been awful since we bought our place - it wasn't very high quality to begin with, and it would stain with even a drop of water. We had it cleaned after we moved in by Coit, but the stains would come back almost immediately. This year I found Zimp off of the Yelp reviews and decided to go with a green, local company. Bill from Zimp worked insanely hard and seriously made our carpet look better than it every has (and it seriously looked bad)! And even a few days later, none of the stains have come back! And there was no leftover chemicals or smell - just cleanliness! I would recommend Zimp to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.
