I have had Bill clean my carpets before. To start the new year off, I called and asked him to clean my living room furniture. There was a problem and immediately Bill took control AND ownership of the problem and promised to make everything 'better than before.' I am here to tell you that Bill is a man of his word. He not only has a wonderful work ethic, he is gracious, courteous, kind AND hard working. My problem was solved and the end result couldn't be better! I will always recommend Bill for not only what he does, but WHO he is. Thanks Bill!
