I had recently purchased a 2003 KIA Sorrento "as is" and a few days later noticed that the drivers side fender was coming unglued where it had been in a previous accident. They fixed this for free and only charged me for the other small part that I wanted. more

I would gave it a four star, however the guys who vacuum after service are not very careful. I had a hook for my liter bag and somehow they knocked it off and probably vacuumed it up. I was a little annoyed. Had to go to Lowes and purchase a new one. The maintenance supervisor did say to bring the receipt in and they would reimburse me for it. I decided that was a waste of time and gas. I also have a rubber mat to lay over the carpeted mat. I understand why you need to remove, but usually a paper mat in out in place. That was also not done and one these guys tracked dirty muddy shoes on my carpeted mat. Henc, the reason why I have the rubber mat over the carpeted mats. Don't know who you folks are hiring to vacuum and wash vehicles, but at my next appt. I'm going to opt out. I need to have the interior of my car, dirtied up by your lot boys. more

periodic maintenance 7/23/2013

Work performed was very satisfactory and my wait in the customer area was quite comfortable. I would have liked to have been able to talk to someone familiar with my vehicle, but the woman who made my reservation obviously knew nothing about cars, mine in particular. I asked to speak to a service manager, but I was not allowed to speak to one. During the checkout, I was never told what caused the rattling noise. Qualified people need to handle the intake and checkout phases. more

Found thr Problem 7/20/2013

our new gently used car pulled to the right. the first trip to service covered re-allignment. the car stilkl pulled, this time the service dept re-alligned, rotated tires (again) and this time the car pulled to the left! Service dept then did some research and found that the "relatively new tires" on the car were not the right tires for the car. The service dept gave us four brand new tires that are the CORRECT TIRES FOR THE CAR. WOW, great improvement in the ride and no pulling. more
